تدريب طلاب المرحلة الاولى على استخدام المكتبة المركزية

 تساهم المكتبة المركزية مساهمة ايجابية في تعليم روادها في كيفية الافادة من مقتنياتها الى اقصى حد ممكن وان يطلع طلاب الجامعة في كيفية استخدام فهارس المكتبة الالية وكيفية الافادة من المراجع العامة والمتخصصة والادوات الببليوغرافية ونظام التصنيف والتعرف على مصادر المعلومات فقد اطلقت الانانة العامة للمكتبة المركزية خدمة مهمة  (خدمة تدريب المستفيدين على كيفية استخدام المصادر والخدمات المختلفة التي تقدمها المكتبة لهم ) و تهدف اساساً الى تنمية المهارات الاساسية للتعامل مع المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات .

ومن خلال التنسيق مع قسم التدريب والمعامل / شعبة تدريب الطلبة قام قسم الهندسة الميكانيكة بزيارة المكتبة المركزية بتاريخ 3/12/2017 واجراء جولة توجيهية للطلبة لتعريفهم بموقع المكتبة وشعبها وكذلك تعريفهم على التنظيم الداخلي للمقتنيات والخدمات والفهارس والببليوغرافيات و تعريف المستفيدين بقوانين الاعارة وسياسة المكتبة ونظامها المتبع .

وقدم الفريق المكلف باستقبال الطلبة و تدريبهم  بتعريفهم على الاماكن التي تتوافر فيها المواد المكتبية والخدمات التي يحتاجونها مجاميع طلبة المرحلة الاولى والعمل مستمر لباقي اقسام الجامعة كافة بشكل متوالي

The training of students in the first stage the use of the central library

The Central Library will contribute to a positive contribution to the education of its patrons in how to benefit from its holdings to the maximum extent possible and to keep university students in how to use the library catalogs of the mechanism and how to benefit from the general and specialized bibliographic references and tools classification system to identify the sources of the information, the general الانانة fired central library important service (service training of beneficiaries on how to use the various services provided by the Library to them) and mainly aimed at the development of basic skills to deal with libraries and information centers

Through coordination with the Training Section laboratories / Student Training Division of the Mechanical Engineering Department, visit the central library on 3/12/2017 round of guidelines for students to familiarize them with the location of the Library and its people as well as familiarize them with the internal organization of holdings and services catalogs and bibliographies and the definition of beneficiaries and loan laws and the policy of the Library and its approach

The team in charge of receiving and trained students to introduce where the library materials and services that they need the totals of the first stage students work continues for the rest of the university departments and all in a Row

The secretariat of the Central Library organizes workshop on the Virtual Library

  In view of the importance of the virtual library of Iraq in the interests of the General Secretariat of the central library to continue to be held workshops and virtual library of mr. Secretary-general Central Library Registrar General virtual library in the Technological University Assit .prof. Moayad  Yahya Khodair

Held in the Library Auditorium on 26 /10 /2017 a workshop for students in the science section of the branch of materials the fourth phase on how registration in the virtual library within the institution to which he belongs, teaching and the student through the Registrar of the university

The themes of the workshop included the presentation of scientific institutions and research centers and the role of supporting global publishing library research method to enable the researcher to have access to the full texts of the most recent research in the world free of charge

It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research initiated an important step toward the re-use of scientific virtual library to perform its role in supplying Iraqi researchers and professors including new sources of information and can log in to the Library through the link www.ivsl.org within site of the Technological University
